Ihop - Wyomissing

The servers were friendly but, they take too long to serve the food. We waited 45 mins and the place wasn't even full. Other customers that after us were already being served ??‍

Waited 30 min after sitting down with 0 service at a not busy time. 5+ employees chatting in the service area. Cant say they have bad service if they never serve. Avoid if you want food within an hour.

Very very poor service. Bad food. Very disgusting environment. Had to go through kitchen to get to the bathroom, bathrooms don’t have locks on them.

Something hiding under my eggs, very dirty, foot kept sliding on something on the floor, dirty booths, chocolate pancakes for kids were actually chocolate chip pancakes

I went there with family and friends. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and the place was not packed. Also after waiting all that time the food was not like we asked for. I do not recommend this place. I am actually shocked they are still open. The service was not good at all. The tables were dirty. I will never go back nor recommend this location to anyone.
