But this is not a standard welcome that you simply let down like that, but it comes from the heart. Once in place you will be professionally served and advised. The team around chef Alexander Hoppe makes the highest perfection on the platens. Yes Correct majority because everything was fantastic at the same level. I am not the type of star restaurants visited as a holiday substitute. But the team made it after the appetizer that I feel like on another planet. I have talked to other guests and they think that the level that is offered to you is not worth 1 star but 2 stars. Personally, I've fed worse in 2 star restaurants. I have rarely eaten so well in a star restaurant and I often visit star restaurants. In any way, the menu was not only qualitatively first-class and very beautifully dressed, the dishes had, in contrast to some other star colleagues, tastefully through right cums very aromatic, true taste explosions in the mouth. P.S.: The answer of Shiraz to the negative comment with the vegetarian Sven Probst is 100%. If you want to eat vegetarian, VORHER is looking for a suitable place. The line of the restaurant is clearly communicated on its website and even first-class illustrated, you know very exactly what you expect. For such a consistent line, the owner deserves applause and in no way a childish reaction in the form of a bad evaluation, even though I like vegetarian eating. Star chefs are true artists and one should enjoy their works as they are or. have been created because they think something about it. No one would have the idea of telling a famous painter to leave the red in the picture because you don't like it, but you would buy another picture, which you like better.
The current menu was just fantastic. Both tastefully and visually, it was a very special highlight and the wine tasting line matching the menu was excellently selected. The service also impresses with great knowledge of the menu and wines and leaves nothing to be desired. The exceptionally beautiful view from the terrace rounded off our evening yesterday.
