Eating is excellent. it is beautifully dressed and tastes even better. here is cooked with passion! the service is professional and at the same time so relaxed unattended! a fantastic combination. because such a quality when eating unfortunately goes too often with a much too stiff environment. we come back...and recommend!
We chose the 7 course menu, and I sat an enthusiastic woman over very excellent cuisine, highly recommended
We were the first time in 79 degrees. From the equipment it is very cozy. Our food selection: twice the 79 degree menu. Once with oxenback and once with fish. Among the individual courses: Appetizer Panzanella (Summer vegetables, mushrooms, old Parmesan): Very well made. Only the parmesan unfortunately dosed slightly and in small pieces. Intermediate Argentinian wild garnel (with young peas, crust scum, jalapenos): The peas were fine. The shrimps (as in general with shrimps) were quite chess-neutral, as the few red staromas did not really help. Main course Ochsenbacke, Pastinakencreme, Topinamburchips, Nussbutterfoam: In addition, cooked pastinaks were also prepared. The ox cheek perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, the pastinaken cream was of high adhesive strength. She stuck her mouth. Main course Fish, Pastinakencreme, Topinamburchips, Nussbutterfoam: In addition, cooked pastinaks were also prepared. The patinaken cream was of high adhesive strength. She stuck her mouth. The fish fillet was cooked but there were clearly missing spices. They were also included. These would have been avoidable with a little more care in the kitchen. Dessert plum crumble with vanilla foam, malceis cream: very nice but nothing special. Espresso: Bad: Sauer and without Crema. Ambience: narrow and loud. It is not possible to place the tables so tight that a guest has to stand up and go aside so that a guest can go from the side table to the toilet. Not only the guests were loud. The staff also often dropped a plate or a tray. Conclusion: for two people we spent over EUR 100. The evening was halfway nice but not worth repeating. The dishes in quality do not exceed the level of a normal farm inn.
