Contribuiți la feedbackFirst order, they gave me like 1/3 the usual amount of noodles in the pasta (this is untouched after opening it), and they seemingly throttled our lava cakes cause they arrived in a mound of fudge cake. Then tonight at 6:30pm we ordered; (a pizza,cinnamon twists icing, buffalo wings, a 2 liter of sprite). It is now 8:15pm, the order says it's complete, but we haven'treceived any of it. We try to call the store but the line is busy and it auto hangs up on you. Terrible service 2x in a row. Iwill not be ordering again.
Usually a fan. But not tonight. Didn?t deliver the right pizza. Couldn?t reach the store at all. Just busy for an hour. App offers me a ?free pizza??. Yup I just have to pay taxes and delivery fee again. Uncalled for on a Monday night. The app needsfixing if it can?t get me what I ordered that night
I went there with friends and noticed workers touching the food without gloves cooked and uncooked. We then saw a non employee walk in and touch the product and tools without washing hands as well as touching her phone and face and other employees. We didnot see an employee once wash their hands either. They then dropped our sauce on the floor then put it back with the othersauces. I work in fast food and this is vile.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I?m usually not one to get upset about this kind of stuff because I?ve worked restaurant life before. However I got delivered the wrong thing and I called to let them know and talked to the rudest person Ihave encounter. No apology for getting the order wrong, said a ridiculous wait time, and hung up on me.
You can never order online at night and they try not to answer the phone. Just pathetic! Will be contacting corporate because clearly many people have issues with this dominos and I?ll be the one to make sure you pay the consequences.
