Chop Suey Hut - Woodstock

Best in class American style Chinese food. Get the egg rolls (they use peanut butter) and the crab Rangoon (which actually tastes like crab, not just cream cheese). It's hard to recommend particular entrees because everything I've had is the bestversion of that dish. (For the record, I'm middle aged and from Chicago, so I've eaten some of the best) Then we have thetropical drinks. Many are available alcohol free. Which is good, because everyone needs to get in on this. Again, everysingle one is the best version I've ever had. We avoided going here for years because the name is not great, and chop suey isas authentically Chinese as pizza. But that is the only thing I would ever dream of changing here. And at this point they havebeen using that name for generations, so they should keep it.

I brought my family for lunch on Mother's Day and received excellent service from Lisette and Nathalie. They were very attentive to our needs and very friendly. We had a big party with five children and they were friendly and flexible. I was very impressed by her kindness and service. The food was amazing as usual. I would definitely bring my family back here.

So I took a leap of faith from a friend and WOW! From the cleanliness, kind gentleman (Dean) at the counter, the fantastic waitresses (Natalie)and the amazing food. This place hits on all levels. I cannot say enough how wonderful this entire evening was. If your looking for excellence in every category this is the place.

I stopped in for lunch to try it out and was delighted with my meal. I had Chicken Broccoli with white rice and egg roll and was not disappointed. Despite having lots of sit down customers the service was good. Clean with relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back to eat-in and takeout.
