I'm a regular. Alicia always knows my orders, greetings and for me it is the beginning of my day (they manage the place pretty well) But today she wasn't here and I can say the difference of chaos they had today (6/12) 20 min for a smoothie I ordered online

No more apples in smoothie?? I've always done it that way. I used to be General Manager for Tropical. This place is on the hill. Long wait, from things, the employees are quite rude, no personality, no smile.
Being in the food industry at a young age myself, I saw that these kids were working hard and aiming to please! My beach bum smoothie was made by, Camrin who did an amazing job from start to finish. She?s my favorite! A born leader and an asset to this franchise! ? ?
