Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woodbridge

Placed my order on line. I arrived at the given time and it was cold when I got home just 5 min. later.Clearly had not been made to order.The ads brag about their guacamole. It was runny and tastless. No thank you or smile when i picked it up either. Wont be back, at least not at this location.

I really don’t get it. Chipotle employees are the least interested lot. They have not interest to do their jobs well. I am opting for Moe’s going forward. Better food, lots of options and good staff. I mean it’s so sad to see them work. It’s as if they are all being forced to work without pay.

Despite my ratings for this restaurant it is still one of my favorites but this particular one I could speak of because of my frequent visits there are times the food is over the top it's beautiful there are times the food is lacking (erase undercook, a little on a salty side) so I guess it's fair to say consistency is not something you could depend on however the staff is usually friendly and very accommodating. The male bathroom needs to be addressed in the sense of something as simple as the paper towel dispenser more times than not there's chunks of paper towels being dropped into the garbage due the type of dispenser. Overall Chipotle is still a great value for your money.Kid-friendliness: The general area in which this is located is a kid friendly area and to add to that The store usually plays appropriate music for the general publicParking: There are multiple stores in this location which is surrounded by a sea of parking spots I cannot see parking ever being an issue in this particular location

I’m gonna go ahead and agree with every 1 star review, this location in Woodbridge off route 9 has been the worst since opening day. I mean if you hate your job so much that you 1. Can’t mash avocado’s fully which I find to be mind blowing, 2. Can’t stay off your phone or act like a regular human then get a different job, food industry doesn’t have to be for everyone, you have the power to get a different job literally everyday lol

I changed my rating from 4 to 1 start. Well,even 1 star don't deserve. Recently visited but most of the food items were empty. I ordered veggie bowl and they severed me left out food like only gravy w/o black beans, cold white rice, no veggies, no corns, very less cheese guac., extra lettuce without asking. I also ordered chips and that was very oily not crispy. They charged me 10 50 cent for tortilla, 2.05 for chips. I asked them but they simply said sorry. What a shame..!! Really disgusting..? Such a mess..This is not first time happened with this store. Staffs are just standing n doing nothing..I mean common when you know it's a lunch time and by 12 12:30, you are running out of most of the food items. Not going to visit again anymore..
