I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received at the KFC store located at [WoburnMassachusetts]During my recent visit, I encountered an issue while placing an order. Regrettably, the manner in which I was addressed by a member of your staff, whom I believe to be the manager, was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was shocked when I was told to get out of the store in a highly inappropriate manner. Such behavior is not in line with the expected standards of customer service, especially from a reputable establishment like KFC.I value the quality of service and the overall experience provided by KFC, and I believe that incidents like this tarnish the reputation of your brand. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I am hesitant to return to your store until I can be assured of a more respectful and accommodating service.I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I appreciate your attention to this issue and hope for a positive resolution.Thank you for your time and understanding.
I just go for the taco bell. I should probably cut out the processed and PFAS filled food though.
Food is ok as expected, but the service is horrible. The guy who checked us out was zonked and barely got half of our order correct.
I had a drive-thru order and they forgot my coleslaw. This is not ok . ESPECIALLY when I paid for it !
I always buy a K9 meal from this place on a daily basis. I keep letting the staff know that the chicken was RAW. I’ve never asked for a refund or compensation. I guess they just don’t take customers seriously. Just bought my last KFC meal 01/04/2024 at 8:32pm????????????
