99 Restaurants - Woburn

I have always loved the 99 but I will never return to this location. The manager Ray was extremely rude and hostess was no help. Long story short I had a $5 off that expires in 3 days, and they did not use it and then said “oh well you still have til the 14th!” So I said I won’t be returning before then and I wanted a $5 gift card to replace the $5 that shouldn’t have been taken from my original gift card. They repeated denied me until I went back into the restaurant and said it wasn’t my fault they didn’t use it and I just wanted the $5 replaced. Ray rolled his eyes and scoffed at me and was completely rude and has horrible customer service. I don’t care about the $5 but it is the point that they made a mistake, acknowledged it and then refused to fix it?

Worst most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to the manager Ray I will never return or suggest this location. I asked for the salt on the side for my margarita to go with my to go order and never expected to be made a joke by the manager to everyone sitting at the bar because “he’d never heard of it”. Doesn’t matter what he’s heard before the customer service was bottom of the barrel. He doesn’t even deserve the minimum wage he’s getting now.

All the 99 s are the same. Good food and drinks. Reasonable prices.

Great place to hang out and watch the game very friendly

Had a problem with ordering online and the manager and the gentleman who assisted me were more than helpful. Great customer service and food. Would highly recommend.
