Kellner International

This was our first visit to Kellner International. We had heard about their fish fry and how good it was. Recent articles rated k I as number one in Wood county and number nine in the region. I am sorry to say that k i did not live up to the hype. We werepromptly seated in a booth and the waitstaff was prompt and attentive. I ordered a vodka martini and the bartender came out tofind out what kind of vodka I would prefer. This was a nice touch and I appreciated it. We both ordered three piece Alaskanpollock fried with baked potato and coleslaw. The meal promptly arrived, sooner than I had expected. Unfortunately, while pipinghot, the fish was mushy inside a bland batter. The baked potato was underdone. The coleslaw was very good as was the marble ryebread that came with meal. The martini was not as good as mom's but excellent nevertheless. On a scale of one to 10 with 10being the best possible, I can only rate Kellner International at 5.

Food was good, service was nice. Get there earily or you'll have st least a .5 HR wait.

Just recently moved to the area was looking for a good fish fry ...we found a big fish fry we will definitely love it again!

Delicious mac cheese with pulled pork! Also yummy fish fries! Great food and service!

This has become our local go-to establishment. I absolutely love the fish fry! They have some other tasty specials, great drinks and a great staff/owners.
