I am a loyal customer of this dunkin every day. I order i medium strawberry refresher with green tea almost every day. The past couple days my refresher has tasted like coffee. I am upset because it makes my day getting that drink, and it tasting like coffee makes me throw it away because it is repulsive. I think the drinks are being mixed with the other tap drinks ? please explain .
I was there Friday October 27th at about 5:15pm and I can most definitely say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a Dunkin Donuts. When I walked in there was a man walking out and he said Good Luck . I went in and the line was 6 deep with one girl on the registers and another just walking around occasionally moving cups around. The girl on the registers was on her phone and had to ask every patron several times what they wanted. People in the line were yelling for her to get off the phone but she did not. When I finally made it up to the registers (about 14 minutes after I walked in) I myself had to tell her 5 times what I ordered and had to repeat how I wanted my coffee 4 times. She remained on her cell phone the entire time and I could hear a woman on the other end of the phone talking loudly. I told her she should not be on the phone like that but she just said sorry and kept the phone on. In the end she got my coffee wrong (added WAAAY too much sugar) and gave me the wrong donut (asked for pumpkin got blueberry). I will never go back to this DD again. Whoever owns this place needs to do something about their employees. This was just a nightmare.
I frequent this location quite a bit. The afternoon/nighttime staff is MUCH better, more knowledgeable, more attentive and speaks better English. (c'mon, it definitely matters)
It's a Dunks, enough said. Cold brew and nitro on tap are a nice bonus.
