Customer service was great but there where stuff lacking after i ordered and was eating the burger shown in the picture It was super dry and cold when you think of a burger you want something juiciy buttery and melted cheese, Ive had meany vegan burgers but this one just wasent it I also ordered a side of potatoe (they dont have a frier) but the employee kindly offered to put some potaotes on the flat top for me (available on the menu) potatoes wher undercooked not well seasoned and cold after giving another chance on a bit it taste like dirty (maybe not correctly rinsed) as sunset passed by there was no light at the table idk about you but i likd to see what im eating. after getting extra thirty from dry burger they didnt have anything to drink. I was just not happy. I would not unfortunetly give it another chance.

I had the bestial bowl turned burrito and it was amazing. My husband got the burger with a side of plantains. We were very happy with everything and the customer service was great. We will definitely be back.

Out of all the vegan options near/in Orlando, I decided to try Flora after seeing some delicious looking pictures of their food online. My boyfriend got the burrito animal and I got the burrito bestial. Both burritos were absolutely incredible — the ingredients were super fresh the flavor was great. My boyfriend said it was the best burrito he’s ever had. We also had the ceviche andino power, which we both highly recommend. Flora’s whole menu looks awesome and we can’t wait to go back and try their burgers. The owners were also SUPER nice and waited 10 minutes past close for us to come pick up our order. If you’re driving through the Orlando area, you should definitely check them out.

Customer service was great, but where things were missing after I had ordered and had eaten the burger in the picture It was super dry and cold when you think of a burger that you want some juicy butter and melted cheese, Ive had medium-sized vegan burgers but this only I was was wasting a side of potatoes (they don't have any hair), but the staff friendlyly offered to drink some potaotes on the flat top for me (available on the menu) potatoes that were as lubricated not after more dry. I was just not happy. I wouldn't give it a chance fortunately.
