Wendy's - Winston Salem

So we went at 23:43. The CSR was very warm and efficient. She asked us to raise because all food was MTO due to the time. Cool business right? WRONG! So we come home to our hot food to find indoor drinks and burgers that were not thoroughly boiled or properly drained. The rabbit was pink a greasy from the flesh not really emptied. Oh and the frost was almost the consistency of a soft drink. Very disappointing about $20. Oh, good.

Typical Wendy's restaurant. This has to use the coke machine with several options in the lobby for the guests. The food was well prepared. I had the chicken cesar salad. The staff was friendly. It was only negative that we were told that we were going to sit and bring our food to us. We waited for about 15 minutes, food never arrived. Wing up to the contrary and our name was no longer prepared on the board for food or finished order, but our order sat at the counter just waiting for pickup.

Half the time of order is wrong or hardly warm and they are very slow. The straw, and why I never returned to this place, I went to her toilet I rarely do and went to wash my hands and zero hot water! It's a car to put your hands under him and never get the water very cold. People prpearing the food do so that they have at best washed with only cold water and hand soaps. I'll never go back here again!

Been here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 they forgot a part of my order. They weren't busy any of the times so I really don't see an excuse. I've worked my fair share of fast food jobs and it's not too hard to remember things when nothing else is going on. On the upside the food was good and on point, so gotta give it to them there.
