Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The lady taking our drive thru order was SO nice and friendly. She made up for how little customer service skills that the lady at the window had. No big deal though the food was great nice and hot. Fresh fries without having to ask for them fresh. That's hard to come by from Bojangles typically.

The drive thru line was empty when we arrived and ordered. One of us received our food immediately but then we were told to pull up after paying. It took nearly 20 minutes for us to get the other order despite cars behind us receding theirs before us. Please read this corporate and fix this

Went to the bojangles to eat and have a restroom stop for my family coming from vacation and the inside was still closed could not get in. All the workers were looking at us while we walked up to the door and didn't say anything. Did not eat there needless to say I took my family elsewhere. Do not recommend this business at this location for any family. Will call corporate

I experienced a different Bojangles than the other patrons. They took my order and also asked if that was a regular coffee or regular coffee. I opted for the senior coffee since I am of senior age. The food came in a timely manner even before I finished making my coffee. I always love the breakfast platter (they call egg platter). I got it with grits and sausage. The whole meal was under $5. What a way to start the day. Thanks Bo!

This bojangles is located on waughtown street just off of route 52. They open early and are one of the better places to get breakfast in this area. The service at the drive thru is pretty good and they get you going so you don,t use a lot of time on the way to work.
