Tim Hortons - Windsor

Bad customerservice.i saw them screaming at a customer for messing something up. they are the one who works at the time so they should not be mad. the customer was very nice and he apologized to try to make the light of the situation, and she was still mad. also the workers just don't seem like they want to be there, ive work in almost food and I still tried to act as u wanted to be there, the only nice was the kitchen man he loved super sweetly he loved him

There were only two ppl working on this location . One was taking drive tru orders n other was for inside.i would say service was so slow. I waited there for 10 min then came home without oeReading anything.

I stopped going to this branch which scares me for having mentaly sick woman who is raving all the time and sleep on the couch.This is causing nuisance and aggrevation of other customers.

You pay for whip cream and get a tiny bit and you ask for more and they squirt some on top and wipe it off right in front of you face. smh. It used to be better here. Found a plastic cap in my drink which I could have choked on.

I was there at 8:30pm, they had only 2 people working and inside was full and drive thru as well. I don’t know how managers let that happen but still big respect for those 2 people, they are working hard and doing great job.
