The service at this restaurant was excellent and very friendly! Unfortunately, my tableware order was missing a few items because a bag was left behind me. After calling and speaking to the manager, they apologized and quickly made new items, personally delivering them to my house. The food was delicious and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this place, 100%.

One of the reasons I enjoy this restaurant is because they serve their burgers in a salad wrap. The best fries in the world, and who can resist a frosty cup of ice-cold root beer.

Price has gone through the roof and quality has been sifted through and forgotten. For the first time ever in my life i have found a burger i just CANNOT eat. Its just flat out GROSS. Get a dollar menu cheeseburger from just about anywhere and be better off for it i promise you'll thank yourself for saving $20 and eating a better burger or chicken. You should never pay $50 for 3 hamburger meals in any drive through ever.

Let me start by saying that giving 1 star is generous. I personally have been visiting this restaurant for years now. My partner the same on their own. For the past 2 years I have started to visit this restaurant with my family. We have always experienced great service, great food and an order that was always correct and if there was a wait, it moved along quickly. Since late July/early Aug, there has been a change in all mentioned above. We no longer see any of the employees we have come to know and the wait time is so much longer whether it be in the restaurant or drive thru. WHEN our order is correct, the food is squished into one bag rather than two, the food is not presentable squished or not, the order is wrong or warm-ish. We understand prices rise and we are willing to pay for a great experience, but not this. We can EASILY spend $40-$50 but for what? We no longer visit this location. The sad thing is we have experienced very similar situations at other locations. It's a shame because we LOVED A&W before this change (for lack of better words) and miss it.
