Train your staff on what a large portion actually is. I'm tired of ordering a large iced coffee and receiving a medium instead. Even when I request a remake, I still get a medium. It's frustrating to pay for more than I'm getting, and this has happened multiple times. While the customer service is always excellent, this issue keeps happening.

Normally not too bad but tonight the girl you have working had me sitting in line for 25+ minutes and then told me to wait when i got to the front i waited another 10 minutes and sure enough shes cleaning when she only has 2 customers. Litterally massive waste of time. Keep 2 people till store closes. Just updating my review spoke to the manager about the situation. Other than this one lady the rest of the team at this dunkin is great.

I went in today spent over 25 dollars. Got the wrong order and missing items. my bagels were not toasted. N coffee was done wrong. Tried to reach out to someone by calling. Couldn’t turn around because I’m at work.

I enjoy the place, but I've noticed that the donuts, muffins, and other items have gotten smaller. Additionally, the prices have become quite high. The donuts are particularly tiny now.
