Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Winchester

The Tropical Smoothie Café has fantastic smoothies, the Café is cute and beach themed and the staff are super sweet. They have tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your smoothie the drive through is busy but the inside is quiet. All food is made to order. If you want a wrap, they make it the spot. You can swap out the turbinado sugar for Splenda, you can have any wrap made into a bowl and if you are picky about an ingredient because it is made to order, they will accommodate your request All of the smoothies are good, you can not go wrong our family is working through the menu. The app has great rewards if you download it, more discounts if you do the survey on the receipt it makes a nice little date night for healthy food. My absolute favorite thing about TSC is that it right next to Planet Fitness, so as a reward for working out, I can get a smoothie so motivating!!! This is a picture of the Detox Green smoothie, I love it. I have one every morning. That's why I'm all about the discounts listed above. Addictive!! p.s. I see the other reviews below everyone has a complaint, I do go every morning and have not had these issues. Bad service is few and far between. When the service takes a bit they apologize, they have a sign about staffing issues and if you are in a hurry you can order on the app or if you walk in you jump the car line.

Since I’ve started going to tropical smoothie I’ve had some really good smoothies and some not so good. I’ve had some that tasted really watered down and not much fruit flavor to them even when I added the extra fruit. I ordered one the other day and again it tasted watered down so I told on of the employees and she was very friendly, kind and offered to make me another one. She made it and it was perfect. Kaitlyn is awesome and I appreciate her wonderful customer service and she takes care of everyone with a smile and a great attitude. Everyone could use more Kaitlyn’s in their business. Thank you!!!

Yum! First time trying this place and we loved everything about it. The smoothies were delicious, the environment is light and airy, and the food was on point. We had just came from the gym and this felt like a healthier option to take with the options that were available to us.

The food and smoothies are great, when they get your order correct. More than half the time (and 3 out of the last 4 times Ive ordered from them) theyve forgotten something from my order or got part of it wrong. They need to get their act together.
