Ruckus Redemption - Wilson

Just a solid burger place! Full bar, good signature cocktails. I’d recommend the pimento cheese burger.

Burgers and onion rings were good. Pimento cheese with chicharrones was unique but good. Service was good. Small dining room with uncomfortable chairs.

Got done some work late, needed a local spot to grab some dinner quick. This place popped up quickly, local place in downtown Wilson. Looks like someone is trying to revitalize downtown and this place is doing that. Small place but was packed on a Tuesday night.Had some tap beers I’ve never heard before, and the menu is small but the food was outstanding! Jasmine behind the bar was attentive and friendly! The entire staff was always friendly and always appeared to have something to do!John Taffer and Gordon Ramey need to stop by here! Impressive for a small local restaurant downtown like this! Keep it up!

The place is small and cozy. It has the look of an old attic, but in a good way. The only non-alcoholic drink options are water, tea, amd soda. The water is brought out automatically in a very nice jar. They have outdoor seating available. The staff was friendly during my visit. The parking lot was full. Highly recommend!

Was excited to try this restaurant while in Wilson today based on all of the positive reviews. After putting our order in, 30 minutes passed without any acknowledgment by the waitress. Waited 45 minutes for the appetizer to come out and then was there for over an hour before the entrees came out. There seems to have been a large party there today, which may have contributed to the slow down, but some acknowledgment from the waitress would have been appreciated explaining they were a little behind.The mini corn dogs were great. When we received our entrees, the brussel sprouts were sitting in a bowl of a vinegar based sauce, making them soggy instead of the crispiness you would expect from fried brussel sprouts. The buns for the pork belly slider were not steamed or toasted in any way. Burgers were all cooked one way instead of to order and were generally over done. The burger had the texture of thick meatloaf. Small details were also missing including some of the toppings on the loaded tater tots and the waitress bringing certain condiments. Unfortunately we were not really able to address any of these issues with the waitress due to lack of attention to our table and also out of worry that sending anything back would cause even more delay in finishing our meal. Was disappointed by our experience today.
