Cocina 7 Taquería - Williams

The food is great and the staff is friendly, but it's frustrating that I can't find a restaurant that's open on Saturdays or other convenient days for dining out. If their hours were more standard, it would make it much easier to spend $60 on a couple of mini tacos. I don't understand why being in Williams gives some places a reason to put in less effort. It should be the opposite; since they are the only restaurant in town, they should take their responsibility seriously and be open to serve the community. Otherwise, it feels like just another casual spot. If they want to operate part-time, they should consider letting someone else run the place who will be more consistently open.

This is a great local spot for tacos and gathering with friends. They feature live local music, and the food is delicious!

Everything from the food to the staff has been fantastic! The ingredients are fresh, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about what they're serving. I visited for the first time a few days ago and couldn't wait to return for lunch today! I'm also looking forward to stopping by for Funk Jam on a Tuesday or Open Mic night on a Thursday in the future!

If they had more normal hours, it would be much easier to justify spending $60 on a few mini tacos. It seems like being in Williams, a small town, makes some places less motivated to put in the effort. It should actually be the opposite! Given that they are the only restaurant in town, they have a responsibility to cater to the community. Otherwise, it feels like just another hippie spot. If they want to operate part-time, they should consider allowing another entity, like the American Legion, to manage it and ensure it opens on a regular schedule!
