The Local Press Sandwich - Wickenburg

We were on a day trip around AZ and I had looked at this sandwich shop before Phoenix for a place to lunch that wasn't fast or greasy food. It is from the beaten path, picturesque and original. High quality craft sandwiches that taste great and worth the money. Owner and cook is very friendly, personal and busy with great customer service. They have a pet-friendly terrace and will provide a dog water dish. Remember that you pay for high quality, crafts and original food. If you want cheap food, you get food quickly. Great place to enjoy a great sandwich and clean air. Very recommended!!

A great and respectable option in the otherwise uncanny food scene of Wickenburg. The owners have passion in their food and it shows in their quality. Great people, great sandwiches.

Six stars!!! The local press should get an additional star for masking and make sure their setup reduces the chance to design cartridges to potential Covid. I went away from 3 other restaurants in Wickenburg that would not take easy steps to reduce exposure. So happy that I was watching, otherwise I would not have had this great experience. How did I get such a delicious NY (pastrami) sandwich without being with Ben's (or others) in NY, Boca Raton or LA? I don't know, but I came back the next day and had another one. My daughter sprinkled over the Caprese Chicken. I don't doubt if we were in town long enough to taste any sandwiches, we would have been impressed by everyone.

This place is the bomb! We stopped here randomly on our way to Vegas and it was sooo good. We got the Cubano (pictured) and New Yorker. Just perfect.
