Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wichita

Every Chipotle location these days SUCKS! I’m no longer a customer of Chipotle for this very reason. There’s other places to get tacos and rice bowls, minus the sloppy presentation and rude attitude. I’ve moved my business over to On The Border Restaurants to go counter! They’re ALWAYS NICE!

This establishment is in serious of redevelopment, it lacks leadership very much and line flow is at all time low. With wait times as much as 20 minutes. Store managers arguing in front of customers, I would like to see the other guy who was in charge before and have him run it again. Not the workers fault but leadership.

Something has gone downhill with Chipotle last couple years and I can't put my finger on it. Customer service is OK, food is OK. I still go for the protein bowls when a craving hits.

So me and my friend went in and don’t get me wrong the food was great and the girl who made it was great but the cashier looked and acted like being there was not what she signed up for she was rude with her replies and acted like lifting a finger was too much she’s acted like she didn’t fill out the application to work there she didn’t ask if my friend wanted a drink she let her pay when she asked if the drink was included she said no then said the price so my friend had to make two transactions also after she paid she said anything else in a snarky way acting like we asked for too much …

Had no nice and the steak was very small and had not much in the steak dish. not a very good experience from a restaurant that is usually quite good to visit
