Called the store it was to be delivered from and was on hold and still am on hold for now 10 minutes. I will never order again and I even paid a tip plus the automatic delivery charge. Ordered on my online account that can’t update the phone number on I use my active phone number on the order they gave my order to door dash witch I don’t use forgot to give her my address got the food cold and didn’t get my mountain dew called and they can only put the credit on my personal number not the account I ordered from it’s self so I get 5 dollar discount next time for a phone order but can’t receive my hut points cause it can’t be sent to the account I purchased from and I never buy Pizza Hut but once a year so kind just stole from me and didn’t solve there issues and give me what I purchased or my money back theifs fr bad place

This was a delivery: The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional! Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef. Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes. The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology. This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years. Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! Thank you from a satisfied customer!
