Dan D. is the man! Service is such a huge part of the dining experience. After that everything from signature drinks to to fresh unique meals! Love this place! It's our go to for date nights and business dinners!

Clam chowder was the taste and consistency of wallpaper paste. The scallops were undercooked and tasteless. The bread budding dessert was awful. Shrimp cocktail was huge but no horseradish to spice it up. Drinks were strong and well prepared.

Another outstanding dining experience. Holly was our server tonight. She has served us off and on at Newport for the last 11-12 years and regardless whether she is looking after our table or not, always comes by to say Hello and chat for a bit. Andy (Manager) also stopped by to catch up with us as we haven't seen him for a year or so since we were last in Wichita. Great food, atmosphere and team!

I ordered the Trout, which was a little out of my comfort zone. I was pleasantly surprised with the pickled olive relish (at least that's what it tasted like) on my filet. the meaning was really good and the relish gave it a little something yo make it even better. My husband ordered the Ribeye. The steak came out a little under done however the waiter was very good about getting it fixed quickly. When it came out the second time it was perfect and he now says it's top 5 meals he's ever had a restaurant anywhere. our only complaint (and it's not even really that) the water you are served is room temp and no ice. As someone who drinks a lot of water I was disappointed it wasn't at least cold. We had a wonderful meal and plan to try the dessert menu upon our return.

All time favorite restaurant. Spent many an evening here while living in Wichita and find an excuse to travel back at least once/year and dine here every night. Server Bailey was excellent and food was as amazing as ever.
