Got pumpkin flavored ice cream. It was very good and the price was decent

It was around 6:30 P.M. on January 9, 2023 when I was buying my usual bread and milk at the store when I fell. I am 86 and needed help getting up. The clerk on duty at the grocery area came to my rescue immediately and was so very kind and helpful. She needed help in lifting me to my feet however and went for help, bringing another woman from the ice cream area and between the two of them, helped me up and asked over and over if I was O.K. and could they be of any more help. I love there food but the store/restaurant is not sanitary. They used to wipe down the table and clean the drink station but not so much anymore

Saturday Dec 3rd 1:00pm. Wrong on orders. I was the only person in line, so that's no excuse). Employees at both windows look and act like they hate life. No “Thank you”, “Have a nice day” NOTHING! 2nd window employee didn't say a word. Zero customer social etiquette. I Should have, and will, go to north Meridian and 53rd next. They know its done. Won't be back to this depressing Braums. Ridiculous

The ice cream is good. Pretty good. The bacon might have been a pork-leather hybrid type of meat. The employees were nice, but the service was dreadfully slow, most items on the condiment bar were out, and there was gross stuff hidden in every nook and cranny. Cleaning is not as high a priority as serving delicious frozen convections. All of this was as expected. I will go again.
