Number One Chinese - Whitlock Farms

I believe that my food had been prepared hours before I placed my order. Even the sauce on the Sesame chicken tasted old. When ordering from Uber Eats, it is expected that the food may be a bit less than hot upon arrival. If I owned a restaurant, I would ensure that the food is cooked fresh and served hot. I am losing hope in finding a Chinese restaurant that delivers freshly cooked food. This restaurant used to be good, but the last few times have been disappointing, so tonight was my final attempt. I only live 3 minutes away and the order arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations.

This restaurant has a cozy, welcoming feel with attentive staff who ensure that orders are correct. The food is reminiscent of home-cooked meals from my grandmother. I have a feeling that the negative reviews come from people who may not be familiar with genuine Chinese cuisine beyond popular fast food establishments like Panda Express.
