Such a great spot ! Definitely one of my Faves to go to !! If I lived closer I would probably come here 4 days a week !

Today I ordered a meal for pick up from this location. We are frequent and loyal customers of Panera Bread.My wife went to pick up the order and was waiting by the pick up window. The employee making the sandwich didn't notice she was standing there andemployee was sharing his thoughts with another employee that the sandwich looks f gross.When my wife confirmed that better not be my sandwich, the employee said no it isn't and went on to finish making the sandwich. Then he went on to pack the sandwich and snuck it in the bag thinking she couldnt see it. When she saw him do this and let him know she didn't appreciate the fact that he was saying this while making the meal we were going to eat. He apologized.When you go to buy food, spend decent money and you hear an employee talking about the food this way its pretty unattractive. For that reason I give them a one star rating.We did call the store back and speak to the manager and they offered a free sandwich and a refund on that sandwich. Even then this is something that we felt needed to be shared.
