We hadn 't gone to Chili 's for about 15 years, came in bringing our parents on a Monday night without hardly anyone at the restaurant. We waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes. After a while we figured they might not sit people anymore, that it might have switched to self-directed table sitting, as we saw some tablets on the tables, we 'd experienced some restaurants moving to more automated self-ordering, etc.. After we chose a table for 7 (there were only 3 other tables taken in the whole restaurant) a worker came and was unhappy that we had sat ourselves. We explained we waited upfront for a while but no worker was there , and no one had approached us. She said yeah, because we were working . I sympathize with understaffed restaurants, but being rude to a customer because we sat ourselves due to no one coming to help on an empty restaurant seems undue or misdirected frustration, we hadn 't been mean or rude to them, we were just excited to hang out as a family and introduce a new restaurant to my parents.1 star bc we will not come back, the food was ok and the place same, we feel there ware non-chain restaurants that we could patronize help grow instead of this chain one.
Great meal and great service. My favorite Chili's in the Denver metro area. What can I say, I love their baby back ribs!
What a horrible experience! Dirty silverware, cold coffee and A hamburger and fries which should be served at least warm, if not hot. Cold is not acceptable. When we asked the server about this, he said it wasn't his fault and blamed the food preparation person. He then gave us the check.
This place is always good. Whatever y'all are complaining on are internal problems you take out on these wonderful people. Hannah is our server and she's very sweet and helpful, I love chillis.
