Ignore the negative reviews! great location, good eating and accommodating staff. large children's playground! it could not find time for us to book the website that was called so. had booked a table for 40 minutes, without problems. definitely recommend.

Managed to get a table here at very short notice due to another restaurant not opening on sunday, our receptionist phoned through from our holiday Park and got us a table for the 8 of us. We was welcomed by lovely staff and a good atmosphere. We ordered some roast dinners and burgers for the children, all the food was cooked fast ,and was very nice. The vegetables for the roast came on separate plates to the meat and tatties, and they was just right, not too soft but not crunchy either. The meat was cooked to perfection with just enough crackling on my pork, and the beef my partner had melted in her mouth.the burgers went down a treat as well with the children. Fantastic food, although, not a huge menu. Very happy. Thank you.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and it was incredible. The staff were outstanding, providing excellent customer service with a warm smile. Our lunch today was top-notch, so we decided to book a table for dinner. They certainly did not disappoint! Everything was freshly prepared and tasted divine. We’ll be returning tomorrow night, as this has become my go-to restaurant whenever I’m in the area. I can't recommend it highly enough—simply marvelous!

I dined at The Waterside last night. The children's portions were good, and the burgers were solid, made with real meat. The staff was friendly, though the younger employees were a bit more casual in their service. I recommend making a reservation in advance, and their website could use some improvements.

What an amazing find! The view of Weymouth Bay is absolutely stunning. The food was excellent; I had the brisket bourbon burger and wings, while my wife enjoyed the prawn and crab pasta. Both of our children had fish and chips, which they loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and mentioned that it was their first night open since 2020. I had no idea this place existed, but I highly recommend it now!
