The Chadwick - WEXFORD

Kind and welcoming staff, but steak was over cooked and rubbery. Other food was great.

As a chef of 40+ years I have found food at weddings to be OK at best. The food was very good here at the Chadwick. Usually it's either under seasoned or too salty. Not here, it was done to perfection. The beef and chicken were fork tender and the side were also quite good. The only negative I had was the salad. It was limp and not mixed very well. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Some strange bar rules I didn't quite understand. However, I do understand liability, which you have to be careful in today's world. Later in the night, things loosened up on the drink issues. It was overall very good. Very nice facilities for a wedding, plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms and space in them. Good food, drinks and service. Four stars across the board.

Was here for a rehearsal dinner and wedding. Staff was very attentive and helpful for getting our party to know the whole routine for the wedding and what to expect. The facility is very pretty, and looks much nicer on the inside than the outside leads on. Has a few outdoor areas that are great to enjoy while the weather is good. Food was definitely some of the better food I've had at a wedding and would recommend the Mac and cheese as well as the vegeterian lasagna. A ton of parking right in front, but make sure you look for the sign for the place along the road as it can be easy to miss as it's set back off the road.

I'm a minister that presides over weddings and the Chadwick is an exceptional venue to say the least. The staff are wonderful, compliments and great to work with.

The Chadwick did an amazing job with our wedding!! The preparation was just great. The bartenders and serving crew were on point and made sure everyone was taken care of quickly. Everyone loves the food. Thank you for making our big day all we could have ever wanted.
