Typical vietnamese services so don’t expect much when you come to this place. The parking is a insane. Most of their food is from Hue. They have really good bun bo. Besides the banh beo’s tasty too.

I tried the banh beo and mi quang, and both dishes were excellent and served in generous portions—one dish could easily feed two people. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially towards a member of our party with an allergy; we simply asked, and they prepared a custom meal for us. It was also a good sign that the restaurant was bustling with Vietnamese families, including a few esteemed grandmothers. If they’re excited to dine here, you can be sure the food is tasty and authentic!

He had this restorer in the PNW. It has some of the most authentic pasta dishes you can find. We've been coming for six years, every time we're in town. We can't find any better. The portions and the price are just perfect!

Food was okay. Did not have too much exploded taste, but still caught the concept of the Vietnam middle region. Great part is a plus. The restaurant seemed unnecessarily dark at night, which felt a little unpleasant. Maybe you'll come back to try something else.

I visited on a busy Saturday at 10:00 AM, and although the tables were full, my large party was seated relatively quickly. We ordered a variety of dishes, including BBH, beef and pork vermicelli bowls, Banh Cuon, coconuts, and Banh Beochen. The Banh Beo is a must-try here; it has a great texture and they even offer chicharron as a topping. Both the food quality and service were excellent. Each bowl of soup came with a generous amount of fresh vegetables, and the servers were attentive, constantly clearing our table and refilling our drinks. Given the current Covid conditions, there were partitions between each table for additional safety. People often say that Westminster boasts some of the best Vietnamese cuisine, and Quantum Vy Da is a prime example. You know a place is good when they provide fresh hot chili and Maggi soy sauce for your table. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for classic Vietnamese dishes and refreshing drinks.
