Homestead Kitchen Artisan Cakery

I ordered a cake for my friend 2 weeks in advance and sent my husband to pick up the cake. It wasn’t exactly what I asked for but whatever.However…. 70% of the cake was icing…? There was barely any actual cake to speak of. And the icing was oily and strange. It did not taste like butter cream. We took the cake out almost 3 hours prior so it was ready to slice and the icing was rock solid and terrible. Nobody ate the cake because it was soo terrible and also who wants to eat just icing??I emailed with pictures and asked for a refund but no response has been given.

They are so nice and so talented!!! I don't recommend doing this but I was in a real bind and they pulled off the cake in the photo attached in 48 hours!!! Everyone was blown away at my mom's 65th surprise birthday party. The ladies on the phone were so professional and totally understood my vision. 10/10!! This is our new go-to bakery.

Fantastic! From the person who helped me to the baked goods it was amazing. Really genuinely nice people. The baked goods are mind blowing. Even the prices are affordable. Trust me, you really need a cookie taco.Parking: Easy in and out. Close to the entrance.

Trina and her staff were absolutely a dream to work with! She created a beautiful 2-tier wedding cake for our reception and it fit our elegant rustic theme. We had foraged a lot of items to layer on moss within our venue and she took our vision and really ran with it! And the flavors. We ended up requesting an extra flavor or two during our tasting because they just sounded so good online. We went with the Lemon Blueberry immediately for our larger tier flavor, but it took us some time to choose our second tier flavor because they were all so good! We finally went with the Chocolate Bananas Foster.Apparently our guests loved it as much as us, because there was zero cake left after the wedding. We will 100% be ordering anniversary cakes from them on an annual basis!!
