Mcdonald's - Westlake

I’ve never felt the need to review a McDonald’s, but this was bad. Fries were barely cooked soggy wads of grease. Cheeseburgers didn’t have any onions and filet of fish had what looked like half a piece of cheese only covering half the sandwich.

Best customer service I've received from a fast food restaurant in a long time. Keep it up :

Honestly just do better . In every aspect.. why is my crispy chicken smaller than a McChicken and the same size as 2 pickles? Only positive is the bun wasn't stale which I am glad for since it's all I can taste.

This McDonald's is the best!!!It's the way I remember them to be when I was younger!!!

Always hot, fast drive through, friendly employees AND if you go there enough they know what you order and like in your coffee! They do give pup cups and treats as well after asking. Service with a smile every order, every time, no mistakes. I only their breakfast so don't hold me to this review! You should have no problems at this location! Great job there.
