Punta Cana Grill - Westbury

I ordered for delivery today on uber eats. Everything came to my house cold and not fresh tasting. I like my empanadas made fresh to order as they SHOULD BE. These tasted like they were sitting for a while. The crust was extremely chewy. The meat inside was good. Also, the potato salad had brown pieces of carrots in them and the fried chicken chunks also tasted of old oil and just wasn't good. I am extremely disappointed in my meal especially since I paid almost $30 and waited an hour and a half. I used to stop in here around lunch time and get the boneless chicken breast with peppers and onions which is good. The rice was always off in flavor and tonight was no different. Extremely disappointed I won't order again or recommend.

Ordered DoorDash from here for the first time ever. I got a bowl with baked chicken, white rice and veggies. It did not disappoint and the price was good especially for the amount of food you get. I finished my meal very full. Will order from here again in the near future and possibly get an empanada too. 5/5

This place had the most amazing food I have ever tasted in my life I love you so much I can't get the taste on my mouth and I wanna go there everyday days but I can't They deserve a 5 star rating because their food is more than 5 stars it's like 10 stars I recommend everyone going try this food because it's the most delicious most scrumptious thing I've ever had and I will every time edit no matter what I love this food and I love how does the tasty bring to my mouth data's Earth 10 maybe 11 stars

The food was AMAZING. I wish I had more room in my stomach !!!!! The customer service was even more AMAZING!!!! George was sooooo help and kind !! As soon as we walked in he greeted us and was so nice !!!! Once we finished eating he asked if we are good!!!! Impeccable service and food! Thank you George !!!!

So the good thing about this place is the service. They were very friendly staff who seemed patient and willing to help. The food was ok but in my personal opinion, I don 't think they stick out very much. El arroz con gandules did lack a bit of flavor. The cheeseburger empanada was ok. My first thought was definitely not that it tasted like a cheeseburger. Nonetheless it wasn 't a horrible empanada. I got a bowl of food which consisted of arroz con gandules, beef, platanos macaroni cheese. I did really enjoy the mac cheese platanos. For the bowl of food, 1 cheeseburger empanada and a bottled drink the total came out to be 17 change. But keep in mind the price is based on the protein you pick... I believe. My sister got shrimp instead of beef and it did come out to $20. They also offered me sauce. I ended up trying all 3. The employee was kind enough to explain to me which one was which. One was mayo ketchup, the other mild and the green was spicy . Which, personally, I did not find the one that was categorized as spicy to be spicy but everybody has different tolerance.
