We had the privilege of having Maria cater our wedding day. She and her crew were phenomenal. Our family is still talking about the delicious dinner she made us. Her set up was beautiful, on time, and was the highlight of our night. As we set up the night before we misplaced a few plates. Chef Maria and her assistant, Eddie, prepared a pick-up lunch (sliders, satay chicken, cheese fruit boards, bruschetta and a very special dinner (paella, summer tomato salad, herb garlic bread for our wedding event. The food was freshly prepared at our home, beautifully presented (and labeled! , and universally praised. The kitchen was hers, and the two families got to know each other. The food was delicious!
