Best pizza in the Barboursville West Virginia area. I highly recommend. Nice atmosphere.

I can't recommend 1861 public house enough. The atmosphere is wonderful, the pizza is great, and the staff is helpful and engaging. Their bar is perfect for any drinks you may want, and they do have a range of different beers on tap. Just be warned that a slower Tuesday night can be calm and quite, but on a busy night such as Saturday it can be packed and loud. You may find standing room only on some weekends due to the Public Houses size.

It's a well done cozy bar. They have a pizza. 10 inch for ten bucks. It's not a restaurant.

This place has been open for a while now Andy wife and I hadn’t made it down until today. That was a tremendous mistake. The food was incredible and the portions were much bigger than we expected. It was also very reasonably priced. My wife loved the beer selection and I grubbed out hard on the food. Don’t sleep on this place like we did. Get down there NOW!
