Wingstop - West Sacramento

3/19/24 9PM. Was told it was an hour 15 wait- got there in maybe 40 minutes to cold food. Lazy employees just didn’t want to work. So thanks for the cold food. Very lucky I am not confrontational but I will be calling corporate.

Lemon Pepper fries were way too drenched with the seasoning.

The service was fine..no one was wearing gloves and this is what the floor looked like! When this can be seen by customers u don't wait until the end of shift to clean it. Not sure who the manager is but but I will come run this place! Veteran here!

I waited over 30 minutes for my food and got it cold and hard. Horrible experience!!

The root beer was good flat,so I tryed the orange also flat.. we brought our food home. And there is much oil in at the bottom of his wings. That's all oil!
