Mcdonald's Restaurants

I ordered a breakfast burger with a latte and an orange juice, but I was only charged for and given the burger and orange juice - the latte was missing. I brought this to the attention of the staff when picking up my order, but was told to check my order on the screen next time I pay. Unfortunately, the drive-through was closed by then so I wasn't able to correct the mistake. Frustrating experience overall.

This is probably the worst MDs been too. The last 2 times they didn’t have what I wanted. Today I ordered via drive thru filet O fish meal (no tartare sauce grubby mitts on the packaging) and the mozzarella dippers I ordered came with no sauce. Right scabby meal. Seriously if you are the manager it’s a training or an aptitude issue!

I ordered delivery from this restaurant but my order was incomplete. When I called the restaurant, they said they wouldn't send the missing item but to let them know next time I visit and they would provide it then. Really disappointed to only have chips and a drink for dinner. This is unacceptable.

This place is the worst on the planet , go to the drive through , every single time, “wait in the carpark” that’s already full of Uber drivers and people errrrrr ‘waiting in the carpark’ , takes 20-30 minutes to get a drive through which is pathetic , then when it comes , cokes half full, no ice a lot of the time, burgers chucked together and the last three visits , fries ordered medium 3 of em ….half full half cooked , cold and no salt , at the speaker … medium double quarter pounder w cheese meal and Coke Zero please….. every frikin time! “That large or medium”? “What drink do you want”? Errrr I just told you , only go there as the kids want it but every trip is pathetic …. Was once given food and told to go to carpark to wait for drinks !!.! Frikin drinks!! Needless to say refused and waited for them to pour them , kfc please come to Witney and put this lot out of business

Tiniest little burger advertised as the mcspicy not worth £7 at all! More like the size of. £1 chicken mayo. Everyone going through the drive though had to park in park and wait for food to be delivered.
