Order a ice Carmel latte first they forgot it and than one of the guys didn?t know what to put In first he just throw it in the cup taste a cup of cold milk and I alway finish me my latte

I went to Dunkin? Donuts to take part in free donut day. As you know you have to buy a drink then you get a free donut. Which is good. I bought my favorite drink: Vanilla Bean Coolatta with whipped cream. Then I chose a jelly donut for my freebie. My usualdonut was smaller than usual and stale as all get out and my amazing drink? just ice and whipped cream, no sweet stuff not. Theycut corners! Not good! I?m not coming to the west orange location again.

Rude employee didn?t let me use restroom really upsetting even though I was trying to buy coffee

Every time I go in there, I get the wrong order and they complain that it wasn?t their fault. Another time I went there for breakfast and they told me that they couldn?t make a breakfast sandwich because it was going to take too long.

Every time I order from here my order gets messed up. Today I went and got my order and picked up my coffee and food the little sticker said my name and got someone else?s order I called to say hey this has my name on it and it wasn?t what I ordered atall. The guy told me there?s only 3 of them working and it?s my fault, cause I didn?t taste the coffees while there? safe to saytoday will be the last time I go there
