Very cold . Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t want to listen what customer says. I am very angry and upset. Never come back

Pretzel dogs burnt got 4 out of 2 cups burnt or hard as a rock.

Employee was obnoxious and rude. Refused to accept any coupons and/or discounts that are available per the corporate website. Seemed angry for asking.

The workers are there working. But they don’t answer the phone

If you love pretzels, this is your place. Their pretzels are a tad bit harder than Wetzel's. I have been here multiple times over the years. Staff is always decently friendly, no big issue! I prefer softer pretzels, and they have a crispier harder shell than Wetzel's does. Wetzel's has more of a gooey chew, this is more of a tougher bite, but not in a bad way! They have several savory options, like pepperoni, or jalapeno! They also have sour cream and onion flavor! It feels cleaner than Wetzel's for some reason lol! I usually stick with the nuggets or the pepperoni pretzel. They are pretty good. This is a lot closer to authentic Bavarian pretzels than other chains. Their dough is savory as well. All in all, a nice location. If we pass by and want a quick walking snack, this is a spot that we like going to. If you are in the same boat, this is your place!
