Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

We stopped going here a few years back as the consistency in the quality of food was spotty. We tried it again and did not regret it. Sat at the bar and the service was quick! My hubby and I split the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Wisconsin curds. Both were fabulous. Crispy on the outside and did not taste greasy. Asked for both ranch and blue cheese. I loved the ranch surprisingly. It is made from scratch. I had their Texas tea and it was soooo refreshing. If you had a bad experience before please try again.

We had a group of six people. The waitress was not in any hurry to provide service. We felt neglected. She failed to refill our drinks timely, and we asked for extra napkins at least three times. The waitress brought them to the table as we were leaving. Our food order consisted of four salads (with chicken), two wraps (one was supposed to be sans the Buffalo sauce, but wasn't) and a chicken sandwich. It took 45 minutes and checking a couple times to receive our food. The food was lukewarm which tells me the kitchen prepared it, but the waitress didn't deliver timely. The waitress, after being told the service was unacceptable did obtain a discount for the food, which is appreciated, but this should not have happened in the first place. The restaurant was not busy, and the wait staff was seen chatting with each other on a couple occasions. If you have a large group and are looking for lunch, make sure you have plenty of time to wait if you choose this venue.Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this happened with our group. We like the food, but the first line of success, the wait staff, is truly lacking in customer service.

Food was terrible. Queso tasted like it was from a carnival fair. Cheese Spinach dip was just one big bowl of spinach and nothing else. Service was slow.
