Starbucks - West Lake Hills

Traditionally for dieucks over roasted coffee with no other taste, but bitterness or sugar. I visit dieucks when there are no alternatives in 20 car minutes. Yesterday it was worse than usual. a cassian has committed me in this hot one?

I usually go to the diets at my house on bee cave and 71. but I needed a drink, I waited in the line and because it is about my turn a young girl went in and went before me and the cash waited for her and disregarded the line, I am not sure why she thought that was ok, but I was disappointed

Too expensive for the basic cup coffee. despite the removal of the boiling water warning, no fancy brews were available.

This one was tucked away into a cute little shopping center and had a solid inside seating and a good patio. The rest, well, it’s Starbucks, it’s gonna get the job done.

This location is near my office, so I've been coming here for several months.I've worked for Starbucks before, so I know how hard the employees work this job can be grueling. So, I am always polite, and say please and thank you, but it seems like one employee in particular at this location could care less about customer service.This girl with blondish curly hair, (today on Nov 8 around 2PM) is consistently rude every time I come in. Today, she's standing by the pickup window (it's relatively slow at the time), I go up, try to get her attention, I ask if there's an order for me there, she hands it to me without saying a word... I say, thank you , ...... she says nothing. Just goes back to what she's doing.Every single time I have interacted with this girl she is like this. As if inquiring about my drink is asking too much of her. I get that if it's busy, sometimes responding to customers or acting positive can be tough- but it's every dang time with her. Just so unpleasant. Someone should maybe let her know she's actually paid to be there, idk.I try to be nice but it makes me want to avoid going there altogether. I've heard there are some cool local shops that have super friendly staff I might checkout instead.
