Terrible customer service, food sucks. Definitely not a go-to when I need quick service fast food A bunch of weed-heads sitting around doing nothing outside and they run in smelling like weed trying to serve you without washing their hands. Go see for yourself. It 's a club not a restaurant. Look into this, the need to remove this eye sore from the city.

I was traveling. Thought that Taco Bell was a great restaurant. I was wrong. I went through the drive-thru ordered my food. I got a number two soft taco supreme combo with no lettuce and a root beer. I also got a chicken chipotle melt and 2 cinnabon two packs. The first time they left off my sour cream and tomato on my tacos. Told them that I needed it to be corrected. When did they handed me the bag of food back the second time, they had left the tomatoes off. Told them again it needed it to be corrected. The third time they didn't even put a taco back in the bag. So after three times I went inside. The fourth time they had to take my back back, to fix an order, they completely left out the chicken chipotle melt. I wasted my entire lunch waiting to get my order and by the time I that is the last time, all of it was cold and I was still missing a taco. Im thinking I may never visit Taco Bell again. This is absolutely appalling customer service. It would take a lot for me to consider wasting my time and money at another Taco Bell again with this absolutely delusional customer service representation. If there was a way I could leave negative stars, that's what I would give this Taco Bell.
