Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill

Will for sure never return to this restaurant. Every single time I try to order in person, it’s a disaster. Today was a tipping point. Stopped in for what I hoped would be a quick lunch. Stood in line for over 10 minutes without a single “be right with you, sorry for the wait” etc. nothing. I left and went across the street to 5 guys and had my food in minutes.

This is by far the best fast food place for tacos, burritos and other Mexican food. I ordered a build your own quesadilla and it was amazing. The flavor was so full and I will definitely return if for nothing else. The ladies there are very friendly, even offered me another item when I had ordered something they were out of. The atmosphere is very inviting, love the cleanliness and the music. This place is a little pricey but worth it, you pay for quality and quantity. My only con is that the fresh lemonades and teas were empty but overall had a wonderful experience and will recommend and return.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Placed order online for pickup, and quoted time was about 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up 5 minutes after quoted time to be told they 'll make it in a minute, only to find out the only meat they have tonight is ground beef (not what we wanted). The employees seemed annoyed that none of us were enthused about only having ground beef as an option, and didn 't offer any solutions when we asked what our options were to change our order. I ordered nachos and my husband got a burrito, both of which were cold when we received them. Unfortunately I don 't recommend this restaurant.

Our first time that my family got to try this restaurant and loved it! We love Mexican food and we are a little bit picky about it, but the taco bar for ten people was very good. We enjoyed all the different salsa they had : mild and spicy. Very surprised by the taco shells and the tortilla chips!! Very tasty indeed! The kit had something for everyone!! The grilled chicken was perfectly cut for tacos and the ground beef had all the right seasonings!We got delivery so can't really say too much about the service just the fact that it arrived on time! I really enjoyed the salsa Fresca !

I have been to salsa Fresca before and it was quick and delicious, however this recent time I went as I walked in the workers just had said they were only taking online orders which is not a problem. The issue was that they were only working on the catering order and I proceeded to wait 30 minutes for a bowl. As they saw me and many others waiting they only worked on the catering order that they had. This was disappointing because not all workers should be working on the same task. If it was going to be a long wait the workers should have notified the customers.
