10 Macaroons dug, they ran out. I took a little bite grateful and felt sick afterwards. I bought vanilla and strawberry, and both had no taste. They tasted like fish, big waste of my money. Very disappointed?
I was on a flight trip. I tried to find the most authentic. I have made them myself and also go to lengths to make the right brot, pickled veg, etc. it is not too complex, but needs time. I expected this place to be the best based on reviews. far from that I bought a tofu and a huh. the brot is certainly not too crispy. no pate, that I didn't eat a bun, but gave it to a friend) was mostly dark meat and I was told tasteless and dry. the plastered veg tasted and the zilantro was mainly stammering. the price is good. looks like a good bakery. I would probably try other things, but never a banh mi. there are a few places on the road that they are going better. or make it a few days project and make it just yourself!
Very rude! Called once to ask for something and told me to not call again and hung on me.
Super disappointed. I'm used to NYC quality Banh Mi this definitely didn't compare. Raw onions(? were the most prevalent flavor and just not the flavor profile I expect in a banh mi sandwich. Couldn't get past a few bites, The lady working there was lovely though.
