I am in love with every single barista here at this location! They make ordering as simple as pie! After a year of a daily cup- I don’t even have to say what I want! They all know! So very professional and everyone is so dam kind!! 5️⃣

Drove 15 mins to this location ordered strawberry covered chocolate Frappuccino which they did not have so I ordered Oleato Golden foam espresso shake I was not aware this was 8$ worth of ice and espresso. So imagine my surprise when I was driving home and my drink was gone literally 5 mins after I left . Lifted my cup and sure enough it was just full of ice . Ice way past the line . What a disappointment.And it was supposed to have toffeenut syrup so I had to go back for that. I figured I am not driving back to ask what’s up with the ice… sad ?.

Today 1/30/24 I went the drive thru at this location and ordered a Venti Brown sugar oat milk espresso with light ice. The barista stated that it’s an iced based drink and will leave a space in my drink. So I’m paying for a Venti but getting a Tall size drink. So then I said you know what I don’t want it, I want a refresher you can give me a strawberry açaí with lemonade. I paid for the drink and then pulled off to realize that they gave me a cup full of ice with again the size drink of a tall. So I will not be going to this Starbucks again because they don’t give the customer what they want and it’s not worth $9.00 for ice. I can make ice at home for free. Starbucks you are ridiculous with your prices and the way you give your product to people. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer and have never complained about the prices until now that you guys want to charge all this money for a swallow of a drink. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
