Olive Garden - West Dundee

Never ending pasta delayed due to waitress making excuses, coming back several times asked if we want a reorder even thou she had already took our re orders. Didnt even fet breadsticks till 15mins into service. Then when asked for more she left and came back 5mins later and asked again if we needed anything forgetting we orderd more bread and had to remind her. Saint charles location is wayyyy better more parking and better service less wait time and overall better. Parking: Terrible parking lot you have to park a mile away in the mall lot if you dont want to circle thebreseraunt lot for 20mins.

The pasta was great. Foot massage was average for a chain places tho. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Food is consistent at Olive Garden. You know what you’re gonna get because you get the same darn thing each time. The wait time for a relatively h busy dining room was odd for our large group. Waitress was attentive and helpful. Salad and breadsticks are always good and familiar/comforting. They put wayyyyyy too much red sauce in pasta like they drown in it. You’re not coming here for an authentic experience for sure but it’s good, it’s familiar and if you’re like me I’ve been eating it since the 90s and when I was in high school I felt really bougie eating it now I feel like it’s more of a once in a very great meal when there’s not a lot to choose from more into ethnic foods, but it was pretty good. Nonetheless, it pleased a lot of highschoolers that we brought with us and a family party so it worked out. The chocolate lasagna was awesome.
