Scooter's Coffee - West Des Moines

Friendliest staff! We drove thru but you can sit inside this Scooters. They were so sweet and our drinks were delicious!

Great coffee, less creamy/milky than some other places. Has a distinct after taste that could be from artificial sweetener but not sure. Very friendly staff. The bagel was awesome as well.

Usually they?re good but I?d recommend double checking your orders. They gave me an iced coffee with caramel instead of caramel latte. I was in hurry and haven?t noticed till later.

I have gone to this location on mills civic for 4 years almost everyday. I get the same thing everyday but in the last year this location has gone down hill. There are several morning employees that are very rude when you try to order. There is a girl with a long blonde ponytail that answers and it?s like she hates her job makes you feel like you should just leave. More than half the time my drink is incorrect and I have paid a different price for my drink everyday even though I have never changed it. I can understand price increases but this has been a different price everyday. I?m just very upset that it?s not consistent here and that employees seem to hate their job making customers feel like they shouldn?t be there.

Drove 20 Miles out of my way and they are out of pumpkin spice flavor....how is that even possible? The manager literally has one job to do(ok maybe50) but having pumpkin spice should be the top priority. Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1...
