Rolling Stars - West Chester

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant instead of one of the downtown West Chester spots after stopping at the salon next door. The restaurant was clean, relatively new, and very welcoming. Most of the staff were young and exceptionally friendly. We ordered the Nova Eggs Benedict, a Turkey and Brie Ciabatta roll, and a chocolate bagel with cream cheese. Everything was well-prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We also took home a bag of their amazing homemade bagel chips. With reasonable prices, a fantastic staff, local ownership, and fresh bagels baked daily, this is definitely a place worth visiting again and again.

Wow! We ordered the Whitefish Platter along with an egg bagel that was freshly made on-site, and it truly felt like a nostalgic experience. The restaurant had a clean and charming atmosphere! Every dish was fresh and delicious. The service was warm, and the owner even stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with everything. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends. They also serve bagels and a wide selection of cream cheeses. My wife noted that the bathroom was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated! Highly recommend!

Their bagels are genuinely authentic! It's the only place I've discovered outside of New York that makes bagels with that signature tough, shiny crust and chewy interior. The French toast bagel was outstanding! My only suggestion would be to rethink the table service; it seems that most customers expect to order at the counter and then find their own seats in a bagel shop. While the server was very friendly, the whole process felt a bit inefficient for a restaurant that specializes in quick meals.

What a fantastic dining experience! The food was outstanding, and our waiter, Michael, was a delight. This was our first time here, inspired by our niece's recommendation. I would have rated it five stars, but I felt a bit rushed to leave, which was disappointing. We were enjoying a lovely conversation with our niece, who had just graduated high school and traveled 900 miles to celebrate with us. After finishing our meal, a different waitress came over to see if we needed anything. When we mentioned we were fine, she soon returned with fresh silverware, suggesting it was time for us to go. This minor interruption took away from an otherwise wonderful evening.

I've consistently had wonderful experiences at Rolling Stars! The sandwiches are fantastic, but I particularly enjoy picking up a dozen bagels. They're very affordable, especially considering their size. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant has a delightful ambiance! My personal favorite is the whole wheat everything bagel.
