Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

We had a party of 2 for dinner around 7 o'clock. The first thing we ordered was fries to come out first because they are endless. Our fries took 30 minutes to get. We both ordered burgers that took an hour to get. After waiting an hour the burgers were good, not great. The wait staff could be heard complaining about the kitchen and making rude remarks. Several tables left before getting any food. Also very very loud in the restaurant.

Our server, she was really good. The manager came by to check on us. Made sure our drinks were always filled. Our food came out hot and fresh too. We will be back.

While the hostess was nice the front manager was some snarky David Spade wannabe I had no time or patience to deal with. He took exception with me dining alone and was vocal about it. Forget this location. Maybe the food was good if I'd eaten any but Mr. Dismissive Jerk made me lose my appetite.

The wife and I had a little date here and I will say the food is great. Bottomless sides were pretty good. Mac and cheese was probably made in a microwave though, wasn't great. Service was awesome. Our waitress was fun! Prices were good on the wallet food is bad for the waistline lol

Burgers were fantastic. We love their onion rings and their fries as well. Their beers were nice and cold. Service was great and it’s always a bit busy but it was no problem. Overall experience was great. We will keep returning.
